What do you like best about Craftable?

The orders and invoices ensure that we pay bills correctly and on time. This allowed us to maintain a closed loop with procurement and accounting at a low price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Craftable?

The integration process is taking a very long time. Mostly because we did not have our data prepared for input. This is a manual process performed by the users. I wish there was some level of Ai to help with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Craftable solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are no discrepancies with invoices and bills. We are able to perform inventory audits now, where we could not maintain them before. Our purchasing and accounting team are saving time. The onboarding and support teams have been helpful in solving all the problems we have encountered. I wish that process was a bit faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
