What do you like best about Cradle.io?

The user interface and experience are excellent. It's so easy to use and performs so much better than the $25,000 IP telephony system it replaced in our company. Their support is really good too but you won't need it once you're up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cradle.io?

What problems is Cradle.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Combining two businesses into one system that supports our global operations and remort workforce. We have people across multiple offices and it feels like we're all together. The integration with HubSpot means we have all the information we need in our pocket. Then there are the cost savings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
