Covetrus vRxPro is EXTREMELY user friendly. Any time there has been an issue the customer service is top notch and able to answer any and all questions I have in a timely and professional manner. The renewals tab is very helpful for reminders of when patients are coming due for refills. The only think I wish it would do is integrate with our PMS (EzyVet) so I wouldn't have to enter all prescriptions manually. That is the only downside I can think of.
