"Ease of use and regular thoughtful updates makes this software a winner!"

5/5

What do you like best about Covetrus Pulse?

I love the features of Evet - very user friendly and easy to navigate. This is my favorite software program so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covetrus Pulse?

Not much. The software is thoughtfully designed so the normal complaints of old PMS don't apply here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Covetrus Pulse:

Cloud-based software is the only way to go if you have more than one practice and want the ability to work with the software remotely. Being cloud-based very helpful during the "stay-at-home" order and for telemedicine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Covetrus Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most prescient feature is their new telemedicine capability that actually captures the entire interaction and stores it in the medical record. It allows for true video with the client and the ability for the client to easily pay online before the interaction takes place - all critically important features. There are many other "add-ons" that provide telemedicine BUT they do not integrate into the medical record easily and this is a major flaw of those solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
