What do you like best about CoVet?

This product saves me time and captures a strong level of detail. I also appreciate that the features are constantly evolving, with regular updates that keep improving the product. The AI chatbot that helps create templates is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoVet?

Occasionally it’s buggy. Every now and then it doesn’t record, but that doesn’t happen often. It also occasionally mixes up patients, although this is easily fixed with the regenerate button. I just wish there were a regenerate feature for the dental chart as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoVet solving and how is that benefiting you?

TIME SAVING. It captures details that support patient care and helps us remember to send estimates and any additional information patients need. I spend less time writing notes, which means more time with patients and more time at home with my family.
