1. time saving as it reduces the paper work and making things online.

2. Easy to contact the prescriber and the insurance in order to obtain the PA.

3. They also send notification once approved which lessen the burden on the pharmacy and the doctor staff for calling each other.

sometimes we have to wait (which is standard wait time) when patient need the medicine in urgency.
