What do you like best about Coveo?

I love Coveo's case assist feature. It's great that it provides an AI-generated response immediately, which can resolve customer issues before they even open a case. I also love the reporting capabilities—being able to see what our customers search for, where they're spending their time on the hub, and identifying where they might be running into trouble. It's really valuable to have this insight. I have the best team supporting my. My CSM is a Rockstar and takes such good care of us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?
