What do you like best about Coveo?

Easy to setup and administer.

I also appreciated the onboarding with the coveo team and appreciate the support, the documentation , courses on Coveo level-up , the follow up with the CSM and regular webinars Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

Might be usefull to have more code sample to improve the search interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Coveo for our knownledge base. Since we integrated Coveo, it has improved the content search, increased the consultation of articles and improved the case deflection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
