I like that Cova POS is easy to understand and troubleshoot, and that customer service is good with fast response times. I appreciate the integrations with different programs, which make everything flow easier, including with our website and online ordering systems. I like how easy it is to use, the big buttons and fonts, and being able to switch between customers and saved carts easily. The customer, queue, and order features make helping customers easy and quick. I was told the setup was pretty simple, though I didn’t help with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it would be nice to have a way to see what customers have bought before without going to their invoice history. If someone attached to a sale wants the same flower they got last time but doesn’t know what it was, I’d like an icon on the flower in the flow tab to show they’ve bought that strain before.
