What do you like best about Coursy?

The employee portal is simple, and courses are quite logical to complete. Automatic planning is a convenient solution. Voluntary courses are a good option. Overall, everything that exists works well. Materials are easy to compile, having previously dealt with WordPress. H5P elements make training materials interesting. Materials are easy to translate because all the Estonian content can be easily transferred. Logging in with email and all ID options provides many users with access. Coursy support is quick to respond and always helps with advice and assistance. The classroom training system, all training notifications, and reminders are good. What do you dislike about Coursy?

I have received feedback that the administrative side is extremely complex. I agree, for an employee who doesn't use it daily (like me), it is very difficult to manage. Even for me, it took a very long time to understand all the logic.

There is a lack of related courses, as some trainings are interdependent (you can't proceed to the next one until the previous one is completed, or the first training is thorough, and the repeat trainings are shorter).

Reporting could be more comprehensive and illustrated (ages, gender, equipment, time, language, etc.), this is important information for organizing training. Feedback reporting could be better, allowing for more thorough filtering and the ability to extract different results in an illustrated form, currently only CVI is available.

In the materials, the text formatting panel doesn't follow along, scrolling up and down when you want to change the color, etc., is quite annoying.

At times, we miss a username and password generator. For those who don't have email or ID login capability, but could complete training at the workplace under guidance with just a program-generated username and password.

Because of these, my grade is 9, but these are not deal-breakers, I would say 10 because the existing system and potential are excellent, but some details are of quite high value that are missing or in need of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coursy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coursy allows a large number of employees to receive training sessions at once (automatically). E-learning is a great help for onboarding employees, as well as for refreshing knowledge. Everyone receives a unified set of basic information, which might otherwise be intermittent or lacking, for example, when training an employee on-site. By also bringing the initial instruction of the employee to Coursy, we save a lot of staff time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
