What do you like best about Courier?

Courier is an API for notifications that makes it easy to design and send notifications through various channels like email, Slack, SMS, and push notifications using a single API. It allows us to customize notification designs according to our needs, simplifying email management. Additionally, it keeps a record of all notifications for troubleshooting purposes. What do you dislike about Courier?
