What do you like best about CounSol.com?

I love that this software is basic. I don't have a high level of needs running a solo practice without taking insurance. The software does offer insurance and credit card payments, but I don't need that at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CounSol.com?

It's not as pretty as some of the others. It feels a little clunky, but if the interface looked better, it would easily compete with Simple Practice at a better price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CounSol.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can have my notes stored electronically in a HIPAA-compliant service. I can also easily keep my work calendar synced with my personal calendar. I am also able to send secure messages to my client and have them complete disclosures through the portal. I also am able to personalize the access each client has to the client pages.
