What do you like best about Cotalker?

I like that all scheduled maintenances have a sequence; this sequence allows the completion of any checklist to be validated by a property manager, and with the acceptance signature, it is easier for the reports generated by the system to be accepted by auditors/authorities who constantly review our internal processes. What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me digitize the equipment maintenance schedule in hotels, ensuring that no equipment is without maintenance. Additionally, the reports are available in the cloud, so we don't have to wait for the technician to send us the evidence through some other means. Cotalker does it quickly and easily.
