What do you like best about CoStar Real Estate Manager?

I use CoStar’s search filters and map tools to quickly find properties by location, size, and type. The contact details help me reach the right people faster. Additionally, as a rent payment analyst, I find the expense screen in CoStar very easy to use—you can view expenses clearly without having to click on each month.

What do you dislike about CoStar Real Estate Manager?

So far, I haven’t encountered any issues or concerns with CoStar. The features I use regularly work well, and the system is reliable for my day-to-day tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoStar Real Estate Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s not really a problem, but in the Financials tab, there’s a quick add option where you can easily enter details like the amount, description, and account code.
