It is mostly intuitive. It is more forgiving than other software in correcting mistakes. It is expensive, but we need robust and reliable accounting software. Obviously we are paying for a whole bunch of features that we do not need or use. Our billing is very simple as we get paid out of mortgage or sale proceeds. We do not chase after funds.
