What do you like best about Cortico Patient Engagement?

What I like best about Cortico is that it actually solves the admin overload most clinics deal with. It automates booking, reminders, secure messaging, and intake without adding more work for staff. It was surprisingly easy to implement and integrated smoothly with our EMR — we were up and running quickly with minimal training. We use it every day for almost every patient interaction, and it’s become part of our regular workflow. Patients also love that they don’t need to download an app or create an account; everything just works through a secure link. It feels like it was designed by people who understand how real clinics operate. Also like that it was designed by physicians and not a generic large tech company. What do you dislike about Cortico Patient Engagement?

Cortico does so much that it can be hard to know all of its capabilities right away. There are features I discovered months later that I wish I’d known about earlier. The good news is that the support and onboarding team are excellent — if you reach out, they’ll walk you through everything and help you get the most out of the system. What problems is Cortico Patient Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cortico has solved most of the administrative bottlenecks that used to slow down our clinic. It automates scheduling, reminders, intake, and secure messaging so our staff aren’t constantly tied up on the phone or managing email threads. It also helps track referrals and patient follow-ups seamlessly, which used to be a major source of lost time. The biggest benefit has been time savings and smoother communication — both our team and our patients get faster responses, and the workflow just feels organized.
