I really like the ease of use with Cortex. It's very easy to click through, and even if you don't fully understand what you're doing, it's very intuitive to use. It allows you to map out what you need and immediately start getting information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a little bit more customization that could be done for Cortex. One of the pain points is the ingestion of data, which is not as friendly as we would like. It's good but could improve from an eight out of ten to a ten if it was more like plug and play, allowing anyone, even those without super technical knowledge, to easily plug in information and ensure accuracy through natural language. There's also a need for additional on demand customization that could be achievable through natural language. Additionally, the initial setup was slightly trickier than anticipated, requiring some technical backup to get started.
