What do you like best about Cortavo?

Their willingness to go above and beyond demonstrates the level of dedication and professionalism that Cortavo and its staff consistently provide. What do you dislike about Cortavo?

At this point, I don't have any significant concerns with Cortavo. As with any transition to a new IT provider, there was a learning curve while they became familiar with our environment, but the team was responsive, communicated well, and worked through any challenges quickly. Recommendations to others considering Cortavo:

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Cody Shortridge and Kamal Diar for their exceptional commitment and customer service. They took the initiative to come onsite over a holiday weekend to resolve a critical connectivity issue, even before we had officially reached full supportability. What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is the second nonprofit organization where I have chosen to partner with Cortavo, and my experience has been consistently outstanding. Their team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

We have now reached a stable support environment with no major IT issues, which is a testament to the quality of their service. One of the biggest improvements has been having a help desk that our staff can call whenever they need assistance. Knowing expert support is just a phone call away has given our team greater confidence and allowed us to focus on our mission rather than technology challenges.
