What do you like best about Corsica Technologies?

What do you dislike about Corsica Technologies?

That their main way of communication is through submitting a ticket. I had to grab the phone number from my boss. I am old school, I would like to speak directly to a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Corsica Technologies:

Corsica is very helpful and efficient. Even the hardest issues that I worried would not be resolved, over time were because the staff/team is devoted to fixing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Corsica Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?

Corsica is our company's IT department and I have worked with the team many times, for many different issues. They help me fix anything that is wrong with my computer, any login struggles I may have and anything related to my work and technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
