What do you like best about Corporate Portal?

For me, it is particularly important that the Corporate Portal connects our locations without losing the individual areas of each location. We have more than ten locations. Through the portal, employees can exchange ideas across locations and communicate with each other through groups and the internal social network. At the same time, each location has its own pages and areas where local news, documents, and other information can be published. The central employee directory is also very helpful. It used to be somewhat cumbersome to find a contact person at another location. Today, you can search directly for people and see much faster who works where. What do you dislike about Corporate Portal?

If you want to create content or pages yourself and configure them more extensively, there are relatively many selection and setting options. Especially at the beginning, you have to deal with which setting is intended for which purpose. However, this is also because the portal offers a lot of functions. What problems is Corporate Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the Corporate Portal, a large part of our cross-location communication was done via Outlook and email. This became confusing, especially with many locations. Today, we have a central place for company information, documents, and contacts. At the same time, locations can operate their own areas and publish local information themselves.
