What do you like best about Corporate Portal?

For us, the biggest advantage is that important information and processes are no longer scattered in different places. The employees know exactly where to look, and as a result, they spend significantly less time searching. Especially with multiple locations, this makes a noticeable difference in everyday life. By digitizing our processes, we work more productively and in a more structured manner today. The user interface also convinces us: it looks modern, is clearly structured, and is easy to use in everyday work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Portal?

The introduction took some time. We first had to jointly determine which content is important for all locations and who is responsible for maintenance. With multiple locations, such coordination can sometimes be a bit more complex. However, since the responsibilities have been clarified, it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Corporate Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, it was not always easy to reach all locations at the same time. Smaller locations, in particular, received some information later or only through several detours. Today, we publish official news and mandatory instructions centrally and can exchange directly with colleagues. As a result, everyone is informed more quickly.
