"Finally everything important in one place"

What do you like best about Corporate Portal?

What I like best is that I no longer have to search for information and documents in different places. Whether at home, in the office, or on the go: I can access the necessary content via my smartphone. I find it particularly practical that we can represent not only company news but also everyday processes through the portal. For example, our food orders are collected and automatically sent to the restaurant every day at 10 a.m. This actually saves us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Portal?

Since there are now many posts and documents in the portal, older content must be regularly reviewed and cleaned up. Although this is part of my work as an editor, it takes more time than one initially assumes. A more centralized overview of content that hasn't been updated for a long time would make maintenance easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Corporate Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, many pieces of information and organizational processes were handled through emails, individual lists, or personal inquiries. This was particularly cumbersome when working from home. Today, I can see what's new in the portal, find current documents, and directly search for contacts. The status of onboarding is also traceable, and new employees appear with their contact details directly in the employee directory. Additionally, we were able to digitally manage meal orders, training sessions, and the organization of our Christmas party. This results in fewer inquiries and significantly fewer manual lists.
