**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

I appreciate Corpay One because it effectively resolves issues such as fuel card declines, providing clear reasons and instructions for resolution. I love the user-friendly nature of the platform, as it is easy to access and use, which simplifies my daily operations. Additionally, I am impressed by how effortlessly I can set and adjust spending limits on each card, especially valuable when team members need to travel. The convenience of creating pins for new drivers and employees myself adds to its flexibility and control. I also value the seamless integration with Fleetio, which enhances my workflow and the ability to make necessary changes within the platform compared to previous providers. The initial setup was notably easy, which streamlined my transition to Corpay One. The ease of allowing more users access and making necessary adjustments effortlessly with Corpay One has been instrumental in optimizing our operations.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

I find the handling of cards that may no longer be needed somewhat lacking in Corpay One. The process for removing or deactivating these cards, as well as handling the discard process, could be improved to make it more efficient and straightforward.

I use Corpay One for fleet vehicle gas payments. It resolves card issues quickly, allows easy amount adjustments, and simplifies PIN setup for new employees.

I love the customer support and after-hour support team provided by Corpay One. There is always someone available to answer any questions or concerns our company may have, which is incredibly reliable. I've noticed that its accuracy in reading receipts has improved significantly over the past few months, which has really saved me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Last year, I encountered numerous problems with the receipt reading feature, which meant I had to submit reimbursement requests manually. This process significantly reduced my productivity. Additionally, I still haven't figured out how to enter mileage for reimbursement. It would be helpful if there were an easy way to input addresses and have the system automatically calculate the amounts owed.

This tool streamlines expense management and saves me from spending a lot of time manually entering receipts.

Simple to use - Sales Rep is great.  Fuel Cards are working well as well as paying Vendors via virtual card

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Statements aren't great by department & don't split fuel & purchases very well.  We also haven't received the rebates we're supposed to that I can tell.  I also wish the reporting was able to better split between fuel & AP.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fuel Cards & rebate.  Ability to do purchases for certain cards for more than just fuel.  AP virtual cards & plan to expand on that going forward.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Corpay has been so easy to get set up and use. The reporting is very clear and easy to allocate to different business divisions.
Corpay has made it so much easier for us to keep up with gas purchases on company vehicles and make sure all purchases are business related.
We use these cards extensively every day and it was so easy to transition from our other credit card usage to the Corpay cards, integration was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

It did take several months and meetings with Corpay in order to get things all set up and cards issued.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corpay is facilitating the tracking of all gas purchases for our fleet of vehicles and making sure that no employees are abusing a company credit card for personal gas purchases.

I love how I do not have to wait so long for approvals anymore. It saves so much time. 
I submit the bill to Corpay One via email and set the approver and they receive a notification that there is a bill waiting  for them. They can just login and review and approve.  Also I do not have to write checks anymore and wait for signatures. no more lost checks!

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

1) When trying to login, I sometimes have to enter my login info 2-3 times before being let in.

Approval time is a lot faster.
I no longer have to cut checks and mail out to the Treasurers for signatures. No more lost checks in the mail.
Bills are getting paid faster.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

The most helpful thing about using Corpay One is being able to see all the details of each purchase. We are able to see who purchased what type of gas for which vehicle and what type of gas they purchased. The cards are easy to set up and they are easy to use and when we do have questions, the Corpay One team is very helpful. The app is very helpful in mangaing the cards when I am away from my computer.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Sometimes, the type of fuel reported to Corpay One is inaccurate. Also, there are often issues when sending in receipts to be automatically matched. A majority of the receipts dont match automatically and i will have to match them manually.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us by not having to issue gas reimbursement checks anymore. Issuing gas reimbursement checks took a lot of time and issuing gas cards to all of our employees felt impossible without Corpay One. This allows us to set limits for each individual.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Simple Integration with Quickbooks and allows individual users to manage their individual cards and upload receipts shortening the receipt and expense categorization round up that is the most difficult part of the corporate spending process.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Limitations with Vendors/CuThis is a major frustration. Limitation on customizing what card users can see as options for their expense categories and classes.  Also these fields do not alphabetize in drop down list but as they are added, so it makes it difficult to sift through to know what you need if you are not someone who deals in the accounts and classes as someone in finance would. Too easy to select the wrong thing in this way.  Must more effective if this could be customized and simplified for card users. This would improve functionality SO MUCH to have the option of making classes or categories! Also it is ridiculous that clients with more than 10 cards are not protected by fraud! That is the whole point of a credit card. Even when we blocked a card before any charges were visible on the portal when we learned of a car break in.  10 charges were added after that Blockage. Customer service would not acknowledge that the charges were not visible to us when we blocked the card, and customer service response was below zero. Thankfully the fraudulent charges only amounted to a few hundred dollars, but there was NO support or help with the claim. Additionally there were several crucial clerical errors in account set up details -email addresses and phone numbers) that were different between corpay and fleetcor that were a major problem with effective communication during our customer service needs. It was troubling that the customer service representatives assigned to answer the phone number had less information that I did about what kind of purchases could be made with our cards. It was very frustrating to say the least. The software does have some good points, and the team I have worked with on that side of things seems very competent and easy to correspond with, but customer service is well below standards on the credit card user side of things I would consider minimum standards. The only reason we did not leave was becuase of a few key members of corpay team.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Setting up Corpay was almost effortless. Once we got our account set up, we could implement workflows at our own pace. It is easy to upload and manage invoices, assign approvers, break out expenses by vendors, and to submit payment. We use Corpay daily and it is a critical part of our accounts payable process. 

Another feature that we love to use for our company is the expense reimbursments. It makes reimbursing employees for expenses simple, quick, and efficient. 

Furthermore, at any point, support is just a click away. I have never had to wait to hear back; they are the most responsive platform I have worked with.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Any critique I've ever had, they have resolved.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corpay One is solving the bill payment process for our accounts payable department. Rather than manually creating checks ourselves and having to sort vendor preferred payment methods, it is all completed within this platform.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

The flexibility of Corpay One is really the best part about it. The ability to change purchasing power or type on the fly is really great. Also, the automatic classification works pretty well with some testing.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

The app is still a bit buggy. It can be slow and for some reason doesnt let you change quite as many setting as the desktop will. Also the notifications aren't quite powerful enough yet. You can tell it's a new product but it functions well and I'm looking forward to seeing it develop. They really push the automated AP billing though which is very frustrating. It's not something we're looking for but the app and desktop site try to push you there first.

It helps combine fuel and non fuel spending to one platform which is very helpful for our AP department.

I really like that we are getting the rebates.  Why not get money back while we do it?  The customer support has been outstanding too.  They are taking care of issues that arise before I can even deal with them.  It has been easy to implement, and we are still working on rolling it out.

The only thing I have to say that I dislike is that it does not integrate with my accounting software yet.  I will be very excited to see that.

It has remained very affordable, and we generally have had few issues with it. It's fairly simple to set up, and seems intuitive for users. Integration with QBO has worked well.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Occasionally there will be issues with a lack of flexibility in rule-setting, but I believe they have adjusted features to allow us to override this.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an expense reporting and approval solution that integrated with QBO and which wouldn't cost much, as our volume is pretty low (and if it was expensive, it'd be cheaper to just do things manually).

The comunication from the representatives is great.  They have been able to answer all our questions perfectly. The cash back program is great.  LOVE to website.  The transittion for our old fuel program to CorPay was flawness.

Some of the reports could be easier to read and more inclusive but we are able to get what we need by running a couple different reports.

The UI is great. The support from the account manager is great.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

The only downside that I've seen is on the fuel cards, any purchases using COMDATA and not Mastercard does not pull fuel information into the transactions in the UI. It will show on the monthly statement, but not on exports or reporting in the UI.

the App allows me to update my info and scan receipt at the pump so i don't have to remember to do it when i get back to the office.

There seems to be constant updates in the app itself.

Instead of having to wait for Corpay to automatically input information from the invoice, I would rather type it in myself.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Corpay is farely easy to use.  It sure saves on the amount of paperwork we no longer keep.  Everything is 85% scanned into Corpay and saved there.  We no longer need to keep a lot of bills and contracts.  I love that you can add Contract information to the Vendor page.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

It takes a while for the Corpay Support Team to resolve an issue.  It's not a quick turnaround time.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Using Corpay One has increased communication between me and my client regarding accounts payable.  The site is easy to navigate and learn.  I update the bills weekly and my client authorizes them as they have the funds.  It was so easy to get started and the support team has been indispensible (though I haven't needed them much).

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

I'd like to see their AP reporting to be more dynamic.  Currently it produces a static Excel sheet.

My client & I can communicate clearly about outstanding invoices and which ones are to be paid.

It helps us manage our accounts payable and process vendor payments. The email support has been responsive and great (even if the answer isn't what we wanted...)

The workflow system is limited. The ability to integrate Corpay with our other systems (using Zapier, API's or other automations) is very limited. If we end up leaving Corpay in the future, this will be the reason why.

Corpay's integration with Quickbooks is fast and accurate, workflows are easy to design and layer.

There is no specific way to charge mileage, it is necessary for us to make a faux invoice to enter mileage.  Corpay is very sensitive to duplications and that sometimes causes problems with similar invoicing/receipts.

It has some glitches in regards to syncing with QB online

The main problem corpay solves for us is the approval process. We have to have two people approve the bills and if it is over a certian amount it needs to be approved by a board member. Corpay allows the approval of bills to be easy and quick especiallly since we ont all work in the same office

The workflow doesn't always 'stick'. I usually have to change the 'autofillied' credit card to the bank account even though it is stated in the workflow to be the bank account.

It would be nice to have capture W9 contractors and send out 1099s.

It is easy to navigate. Customer support is great and answers questions fairly quickly.  I use Corpay once a week and the workflow works great.  I like they have the option to add multiple approvers so everyone that needs to be involved can me.  We have not had any issues with the Integration to Quickbooks.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

I wish there was a report you can run to show the check number or ACH. What would be even better is once the check is issued it integrates to Quickbooks to capture that.

We use this as our bill pay system. It is great to not have to run checks in the office.

It can take a long time for it to analyze documents, and even then it'll still cancel the document if it doesn't understand. Sometimes I have to enter the bill manually.
