What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

The layout of the portal is very clear to the user, allowing me to be able to navigate through all the deals we have and drawing down on funds effectively. The forward rates are competitive and the performance of the website is great. I have not used the AI function much, however if it is on par with how good the rest of the services are, I can imagine it is great! What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

To be honest, there isn't much here that is a drawback. Even though the rates are competitive, maybe having sight of other rates that are available to show that the pricing CorPay have is good would be a bonus. Maybe a pop up as well as you log in to show the user the AI capabilities within the application would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Corpay Cross-Border solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used Alpha previously, which was a clunky system and process to go through. Being transitioned to CorPay has made the process a lot more efficient and clearer to the end user - making a month end task somewhat enjoyable.
