What do you like best about Cornerstone?

The platform is user-friendly, and has interesting ways to integrate the different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cornerstone?

The "back office", the experience for the administrator is complicated, and has a lot more steps and clicks than on other platforms. Also, it is really unflexible, it has a lot of limitations on what you can do. Also, they tend to have a lot of bugs, and support takes weeks, which is forever when you area implementing a process in a business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone:

I believe they area one of the best plattforms if you want integration, but they need to update, and to think of the administrator user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cornerstone solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use cornerstone to have an integrated talent platform, where we have performance, learning and development tools. This has been an improvement from our previous platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
