What do you like best about Cornerstone Recruiting?

I love the ability it has provided for our institution to move our paper files and job postings online. Cornerstone Recruiting made it easier for applicants to apply and be considered. We used to have paper applications mailed to us constantly now, it is all online. It is easy to manage new hires and where they are within the process. Online onboarding is a huge bonus, and we all receive compliments on how simple it is to complete your onboarding before you even arrive for your first day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cornerstone Recruiting?

Some of the forms are not exaclty like we would want them to be only due to the formatting limits. Otherwise we don't have many complaints about the Cornerstone Recruiting platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cornerstone Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cornerstone has made improvements even from when we first implemented it in 2019. We enjoy every improvement Cornerstone makes. Our business performance has improved and is a lot easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
