What do you like best about Cornerstone Performance?

I like the goal-tracking feature that allows employees and managers to review progress throughout the year instead of waiting for annual appraisals. The system also makes it easy to record achievements, share feedback, and maintain performance history in one place. This helps make performance discussions more objective and transparent. What do you dislike about Cornerstone Performance?

The user interface could be more intuitive for occasional users. Some appraisal workflows involve multiple screens and approvals, which can make the process longer than necessary. Cornerstone Performance helps solve the problem of managing employee performance, goals, and feedback manually. It keeps appraisal discussions, targets, and progress tracking in one system, making the process more transparent and organized. For me, it is helpful because I can easily track my goals, complete performance reviews on time, and get clear visibility on feedback and overall performance progress.
