We really like the configurability of each module and associated functions such as business rules and array of notifications in the Cority Platform. We're able to make changes as our business flexes and accommodate different workflows necessary for different regions without having to wait for a new release. The metrics module, although fully functional, is a little dated in terms of the user interface. Users have expressed they would like to pull a multi-metric and multi-year report of key metrics without having to build special views, as building complex views are often beyond the knowledge of a common user.
