What do you like best about CorePlan?

Ease of navigation throughout the platform and app.

Very easy to extract required data to quickly compile custom reports or view safety/performance/cost data as needed.

Great support from Coreplan, inquiries, or any issues have been addressed very quickly.

The ability to construct and customize our own safety/inspection forms.

What do you dislike about CorePlan?

The biggest issue we have had is our tablets logging out and losing data unexpectedly - this issue is improving and being addressed, this has been a complex issue to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CorePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are currently solving the logging out issue as mentioned above.

Also looking to customize a monthly report tailored to our business.

Ability to add a customised offsider view (remove the ability for some field workers to have access to filling out plods).

Any issues or suggestions I have are addressed/solved relatively quickly, I have seen many of the ideas implemented, which is fantastic.
