What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Since using Quil, my conversations with candidates have completely transformed. I no longer feel pressure to frantically type notes while trying to stay present. Instead, I can focus fully on the person I'm speaking with. The ability to revisit the transcript after my calls, means every interaction feels more authentic, human, and connected. It's honestly been a game-changer for not only speeding up my admin, but building genuine relationships. Quil was so easy to implement, and it's easily become my go-to platform.. not sure how I lived without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Quil relies on strong internet connection to work properly. If my WIFI drops or lags, it can disrupt the call. That said, the team have been incredibly helpful in addressing any issues and offering insight to have seamless calls. Since implementing their advice, I've had no issues! What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Quil, it was easy to become distracted when trying to take detailed notes while also listening, which made conversations feel less natural. Now I can be fully present, which has led to stronger relationships and more meaningful interactions. I no longer have to worry about missing important details during the call, and the transcript is easy to amend, if I'm wanting to highlight more information. It's also been so helpful when sharing conversation summaries with team members, allowing everyone to stay in the loop without needing to be on every call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
