What I like best about Coram is the clean, easy-to-use interface and the strength of the overall platform. Cameras, doors, user groups and access permissions all live in one place, so day-to-day tasks like adding users, adjusting door access or checking events are quick and straightforward. Adding a single user is easy, but adding a large group of people at once is tedious. A more streamlined bulk option, for importing users and assigning them to user groups together, would save a lot of time. Coram also requires an email address for every user, which makes bulk onboarding much longer, especially for staff, contractors or visitors who don’t have one.
