What do you like best about Coram AI?

As the Dean of Enrollment Management and Student Services at Washington County Community College, I oversee campus safety and emergency preparedness. What I appreciate most about CoramAI is the ability to initiate an emergency response from a mobile app and connect that activation to our broader campus notification systems.

Through our integration with Rave, a CoramAI activation starts a coordinated response across multiple communication channels. Having a single starting point is valuable when staff need to act quickly. CoramAI has become an important part of how we approach emergency preparedness on our campus. What do you dislike about Coram AI?

The most involved part of our implementation was configuring and testing the connections between systems. CAP alert mapping and notification formatting required attention to make sure information moved through the workflow as intended. More detailed integration examples and troubleshooting guidance would be helpful for institutions connecting several platforms. However, they walked me through it and assisted to ensure project delivery goals were met and they have now created training docs for other colleges, so this issue has been fully addressed. What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to connect emergency activation with campuswide communication. CoramAI provides that starting point and works with our existing infrastructure to support a coordinated response.
