Easy to setup and use. Great customer support. Simple UI but with great many features. It's one of those tools where I confidently say...setup once and forget it exists. It just does the job it's supposed to do and does it great consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited on-premise database options. We use MS SQL Server precisely for this reason. They do support Redshift but it did not work the way it was supposed to compared to SQL Server and has limitations when it comes to managing data changes from Salesforce CRM.
