What do you like best about Copper?

Copper is awesome for our team. The Google Workspace integration is super smooth since we basically live in Gmail, so having the CRM right there in the sidebar saves us a ton of time.

The third-party app connections are great too. We use Slack and Mailchimp daily, and everything links up without any hassle. We were doing WhatsApp manually before, but once we saw they added the timelines.ai WhatsApp integration, we knew we will use it,total game-changer for keeping our client chats logged right in the CRM.

What do you dislike about Copper?
