The tag is easy to find in the GTM library, the GTM deployment simplifies life considerably. Very clean, and easy to setup. **What do you dislike about Cookie Information?** Why aren't more people using this great tool? **What problems is Cookie Information solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoMo v2 Advanced is hard to do. You either need a super simple GTM setup (rare), or you need to implement scripts on all pages in a specific manner - accuracy is essential. Removing the need to add scripts is a GOOD THING and you get this with Cookie Information. They've written the clever software so you don't have to. ### 2. Solution is complaint with partner integrations, and have multiple integration plugin to most platforms. Implementation is a quick setup, with direct integration to ex. Google Tagmanager and Piwik PRO. **What do you dislike about Cookie Information?** Backend data could have a better presentation, for users to extract information about consent levels. Could use a multi user login for partners and agencies. **What problems is Cookie Information solving and how is that benefiting you?** All businesses need a Cookie Management Platform in EU, and Cookie Information is by far the easiest to implement across platforms and sites. ### 3. The subscription renews without warning. Cancelling is not as straight forward as it should be and they force you to give feedback before allowing you to cancel your subscription. For no good reason a subscription must be cancelled at least 30 days before renewal or you have to pay for a full extra year. Its easy to navigate the interface of the website. **What do you dislike about Cookie Information?** You are paying too much for a product that we don't use too much. When having a webshop, you are required to use the cookie information, but if it was not a requirement, I would not be sure if we were still going to use it. It also supports customising the texts in multiple languages out of the box, which really helps with regards of implementing internationalisation. **What do you dislike about Cookie Information?** The only thing I had to fight with was switching language dynamically. My project is a SPA with a language dropdown which allows changing the language without refreshing the page, and it was really hard (although not impossible) to refresh Cookie Information's language dynamically. Last but not least, I would like to have a distinction between Portuguese from Portugal and Portuguese from Brazil, but it is not a major issue. **What problems is Cookie Information solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Cookie Information we can forget about having to manually detect what cookies our website is using, as well as toggling them. This has been essential for my team, as we are not specialized in consent implementations **What do you dislike about Cookie Information?** I do not really see any downsides - if I should point out a downside it would be the Wordpress plugin. It has not been updated for two years and Wordfence actually warned us about this plugin due to potential security risks involved. **What problems is Cookie Information solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping us making sure that the websites we create for our clients are fully GDPR compliant. They seem very professional and I have a feeling they are doing their best to meet the clients needs. **What do you dislike about Cookie Information?** I don't think the solution is fully compliant. There are some errors in the system, which makes it impossible for me as a client, to be fully compliant. But I think they are working on it, but tbh, it's is too slow. They are a big company and have been on the market for years and selling their solutions to really big firms. It includes preset categories like functional, analytic and marketing. It offers a good set of options to manage and categorize your cookies to these categories. There is also a very good API to create custom functionalities with integration to CMS's. The customer service is also top notch and they usually reply within 4 hours. **What do you dislike about Cookie Information?** The admin interface could use some love. There have been some updates recently but the work is still in progress and not all admin interface tools are yet updated. Hopefully this will change in the future. **What problems is Cookie Information solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Cookie information to recognize and categorize our site's cookies.
