What do you like best about ConvesioConvert?

The ConvesioConvert works well with my WordPress website. The customer support has been fantastic. Navigating to our products is easy. As with any new software there is a learning curve and they have been super responsive to all my questions. We have a couple of automations going (which I really like those) and are watching the email campaigns to see how often we should send those out to our customers. What do you dislike about ConvesioConvert?

I would probably like to drill down further into the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConvesioConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to keep prior customers engaged in our brand and products in an easy way. Email is the major workhorse for that communication. Abandoned carts and reminders to purchase items that are consumables are a great asset for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
