What do you like best about ConverzAI?

ConverzeAI reaches out to candidates and gathers required information. It gives insights about the candidate and also saves time as I get the liberty to already know candidate skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConverzAI?

It reaches out to applicants directly, sometimes candidates get confused as they say they have already been contacted by the system. Some candidates say that they have already applied and some say the they would not like to communicate with an automated system in first go. I have lost some good applicants and candidates because of this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConverzAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It basically saves time by reaching out to applicants and some times to relevant candidates as well. It also increases effort on a particular job as it gives applicant insights, reaches candidates and evaluate their fit score, all this helps in reaching out to right candidate by saving efforts wasted on uninterested or not-fit candidates.
