What do you like best about Converve?

Customer Service-Sofia is our project manager and main contact at Converve-she is readily available to teach, assist, create, re-create, teach again and more. She understands the system as she uses it herself and is never too busy to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Converve?

There are a few things I would like to see more automated, but they are open to those suggestions and do try to continuosly develop new applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving the organizational aspect of the event which allows me to find all my info in one place. The back end is very easy to learn, especially with Sofia teaching you as you go, which means I can help my attendees with the process when needed. We also have several events and this allows our attendees to create their profile one time and just access and update at future events. This makes being a repeat customer easy.
