What do you like best about Convertway by unicommerce?

The ConvertWay is a very nice application for Whatsapp & SMS Marketing. This app has really helped me to take my brand of Artsifee to the next level & I recommend this app to all online sellers based on Shopify or other webstores for their Whatsapp & SMS marketing. What do you dislike about Convertway by unicommerce?
