"Outstanding Support Team Makes Convertr Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Convertr?

The part I like best about Convertr is their support team. They make the user experience with this tool feel easy because whenever there’s an issue, they respond quickly and help walk you through it (especially if the help center doesn’t already have documentation on it). What do you dislike about Convertr?

I wish connecting to other apps, like Facebook, were simpler. That said, I’m not sure whether this is on Convertr’s side or Facebook’s. Still, it would be nice to have an automatic connection that doesn’t require the Facebook app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convertr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convertr is ensuring that our leads coming in from media campaigns are not only valid/accurate, but also correct in terms of field values and formatting. For us, this drives a huge ROI as we can catch issues with leads before paying for them on campaigns like content syndication.

Convertr is also helping solve the long process it would take to check this leads manually. With a great UI / UX, it is easy to set-up and use. The timing of the platform is speedy and performance is high.

I have yet to use AI on Convertr yet, however, I do know that it was applied to help with the amount of time normal set-up takes. I'm excited to start using it to hopefully limit the amount of time spent on setting up campaigns in Convertr. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
