I really enjoy working with the VP at ConvertCart. It's been a great experience because he's very insightful. He asks for my ideas and thoughts and also brings his own, leveraging his experience with what's already worked for other brands. It's nice to have some guided help on improving our store, and that's really great. Additionally, the initial setup of ConvertCart was not painful at all.
