What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

I find Convert Experiences to be really easy to use and very intuitive. The visual editor is quite good for making those small changes where you don't need to actually write code. I also appreciate the section for editing JavaScript and CSS, especially at a global experience level, as it is very helpful. Setting goals is very easy and intuitive, particularly when it comes to making custom JavaScript goals. The process of building out an AB test has become a lot easier, and the previewing feature is quite good, which wasn't the case with other tools I've used in the past. What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

I'd like to see a bit more focus on how we can start AB testing on app. We have a big focus in our organization to really improve our app. I don't think there's a real direction or instruction with Convert Experiences on how we can start testing on app. Some places say it is available to do. Our account manager says it's not. So I'd like to see something geared towards AB testing on app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
