The initial task of creating a custom data source mapping was a little more labor consuming than what typically is expected with non standard data types. We had a hellish time with pulling different reports, exporting them to spreadsheets, just trying to put the whole picture together. I can now request ConverSight to merge our Google Ads with our CRM data on a particular campaign and I immediately get the single picture. When we query it with specific information we require, it always brings back the correct data points such as when we query the hourly deviation of throughput in a specific machine. It also removes the nightmare of manual data exports and consolidation, as it excecutes seamlessly and integrates our data across all our older production systems and new ERP. It is impressive how quickly a new complex data relationship can be built ad hoc. **What do you dislike about ConverSight?** With our legacy machinery we had some very specific data sources that needed an integration tailored specifically, which was somewhat less than plug and play. The detailed report formatting customization has some limitation on some requirements under compliance. Moreover, the occurrence of the error messages can be ambiguous in case a natural language query fails. **What problems is ConverSight solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, it was a mammoth task to pinpoint the exact cause of minor production line slow-downs. It was an operation of reconciliation of different spreadsheets and log entries of several systems manually. We incurred several days of effort in attempting to identify the specific inefficiencies in order to take a corrective action. Machine sensor data is now linked together with material input entries and operator shift reports (linking the dots) using ConverSight. Unexpected surges of engagement in a certain ad creative or sharp declines of leads in a certain channel are instantly flagged as alerts in ConverSight, sparing us the hours of manual research. In addition, the option of simulating theoretical budget adjustments and displaying calculated changes in projected ROI in real time is of great assistance to our planning. It can also easily integrate the information in our social media accounts and CRM giving us a full profile without having difficult data engineering. **What do you dislike about ConverSight?** The original configurations of highly custom marketing attribution models was slightly more complex than expected. Very often the recommended follow up questions that it presents following a query may not be useful always to our immediate needs in the analysis. It allows me for to make these reports and then pin them to a storyboard. This make it so my project managers (who know nothing about Fishbowl) can get access to the data they need. This has been MASSIVE. Support is really good. I've dealt with Ben Schafer and Maha Shanmugam. Ben is great. I ask him for help, he sets up a teams call and we get after it. Maha is 10/10. This guy sits with Ben and me and keeps going until its right. This type of support is where ConverSight shines. This won't be the case with everyone as there is a technical learning curve, but for many, it will be. **What do you dislike about ConverSight?** Athena is not nearly as useful as it's advertised to be. It doesn't really work like it should. I should be able to ask it a pretty free flowing question and get some answers but it has trouble. This is fixed with training which helps, but is complicated and technical. The explorere is limited. Not by ConverSight, but by Fishbowl. Sure, Maha can link inventory and location data together, but then we may get duplicates. It's just a limitation like any software. **What problems is ConverSight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Custom Reporting!!!! I can now get all the information that is in Fishbowl, out onto a nice spreadsheet for my project managers. ### 15. They went out of their way to work with our team to gain understanding about our needs and delivered an amazing result. The reports ae clear and easy to read. they are able to provide metrics for our KPIs that we were not able to realize with our current WMS software. **What do you dislike about ConverSight?** The only negative that we found was due to our use of the product. We utilize the software not only for reporting, but also for inventory forecasting which added a level of complexity. We are not able to tweak the report without assistance, which the ConverSight staff is always willing to provide in a very timely manner. We love the product, we love the staff. **What problems is ConverSight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have had a struggle with inventory forecasting and reporting for key metrics in the past. The reports provided by our WMS system were not comprehensive enough. Our WMS software did not meet our need with inventory forecasting as we distribute 7000 parts from a single vendor via 2 shipping channels. Our lead times for both channels are different, we needed safety stock as manufacturing times increased, and we were able to work with Conversight to help us realize our inventory levels. Now we have inventory forecasting that is specific to our situation and we have the correct parts in stock. ### 16. The reporting in Fishbowl is limited and not very custumizable.
