What problems is ConvergeHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem we are solving with ConvergeHub is having good control of our workflow from (online) marketing, to lead generation, to estimates, to sales and possible job problems we need to take care of (creating a ticket). We are also using ConvergeHub to involve our many sub-contractors by giving them all the details of the job and a platform they can add images / videos of the job done.
