What I value most about convene is how it removes the small frictions that usually derail a meeting before it even starts. Everything sits in one place who's attending what's on the agenda, and what was decided last time. Because of that, we no longer spend the first ten minutes of a call figuring out context. The meeting Attendance Report lets me filter by workspace, date range and meeting type, so pulling attendance data takes a few clicks instead of manual tracking. What I find slightly challenging about Convene is the learning curve at the start. With so many modules and sub-sections, like Meetings, Resolutions, Review Rooms, Actions and the System Admin reports, it took some time to know where everything is. In the reports section, I would also like quick filters or saved defaults, so I don't have to select the workspace, dates and meeting type every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
