Convene helps me to facilitate board meetings and centralize my governance documentation. I use the agenda, secure document sharing, and minutes features when I am coordinating compliance reviews and providing board materials for leadership conversations. These features may take some getting used to, particularly in the configuration of permissions for various stakeholders.
