What do you like best about Convene?

I like how Convene stores all the meeting agenda, related documentation, and notes in one easily accessible location, so I can come back and reference as necessary to support conversation. I like the structured interface and how I was able to navigate the tool and find what I was looking for once I learned how the system functioned. It was easy to use for accessing documents, and the training support resources that accompanied it were helpful. I would like an easier to navigate interface for some of the advanced features. What do you dislike about Convene?

Certain sophisticated options require a bit of digging and perhaps a more user-friendly design for first-time visitors. For a small team, the cost might be tough to justify. I would like to see more third-party integrations and well-defined, AI-assisted workflows for admin processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me time on meeting preparation, sharing documents and following up on the decisions we take. No more digging for what's been said or can be found in emails keeping agendas and meeting content in a single place helps make this information more accessible.
