What do you like best about Convene?

I get the most value from Convene because it brings agenda management, board packs, document sharing, voting minutes and member communication together in one place. I can prepare a meeting, attach supporting documents, distribute materials and manage follow up tasks without needing to switch between multiple systems. The Search and Resources functions to switch between locate older information whenever I need it and saves administrative time and keeps our work flow more organized. What do you dislike about Convene?

With Convene, I'd also to like deeper integrations with other business tools, as well as more built in reporting on usage, time saved and ROI. The platform itself is reliable and the support is responsive, That said, stronger automation and AI-assisted features for preparing agendas, minutes and follow ups would go a long way toward cutting down on even more manual work. What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to spend a lot of time coordinating board materials across long email threads, shared PDFs and endless manual follow ups. Convene has introduced much needed structure to our meeting workflow, supporting everything from scheduling and agenda preparation to board packs, minutes, voting, approvals and governance records. With in place, members can locate the right information faster and we've been able to maintain a consistent dependable record of decisions over time. The platform's reliable performance is particularly important during live meetings and the responsive support team helped make adoption far smoother than it would have been otherwise.
