Our organization operates with a relatively small team, so when one person becomes overloaded it can have an effect on everyone else. I wasn't interested in using the software simply to measure how busy people appeared to be. What I wanted was a better understanding of how our limited staff capacity was being used. The reports have helped us identify activities that consume a surprising amount of time, particularly administrative work that isn't directly connected to our programs. That has given us ideas about what we can simplify or automate. I also appreciate that the information is easy for managers to understand without requiring a technical background. The value is good for what we're paying. For a small nonprofit team, the ability to identify where staff time is being consumed and find opportunities to reduce unnecessary administrative work makes the cost worthwhile. We don't need to use every feature to see value from the reporting and productivity insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like more options for nonprofit reporting and perhaps better ways to organize information around different programs or projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
