Most of our attention naturally goes toward deliveries and warehouse operations, but the administrative side of logistics can become complicated very quickly. Our office teams handle scheduling, documentation, customer communication, invoices, and coordination with drivers. I found the software useful because it gave us visibility into that side of the business, which previously wasn't measured very well. One thing that stood out was discovering that certain routine administrative processes were consuming considerably more time than management expected. That led us to review the process itself rather than blaming the people doing the work. The reporting is also easy enough to use during our regular management meetings. More logistics specific integrations would be useful, particularly if they could connect activity information with our existing transportation management systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
